Placing Orders Through the Website
The website management will only use customer information in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these terms of use and purchase.
Upon placing an order, the company will verify the credit card details, and once the credit card company approves the transaction, the customer will receive a notification confirming that the transaction has been approved.
The order details, as provided by the customer in the order form, and the record of the transaction in the company’s system, will serve as conclusive evidence of the process’s correctness.
If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the customer will receive a relevant notification and will need to provide an alternative payment method.
Confirmation of the purchase is subject to the product being in stock at the time of the order. If the product is not indicated as out of stock but is unavailable when the order is placed, the company is not obligated to sell the product. The customer will have no claims or demands for compensation, whether direct or indirect. In such cases, the company will refund any payments made by the customer or cancel the charge if applied. In situations where a product is displayed as in stock but is actually unavailable, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer will receive a full refund without claims for damages.
Customers may order products and specify a delivery destination by updating the desired location in the order form. The last updated delivery address will be saved in the company’s database as the customer’s default delivery destination.
The company reserves the right not to approve a customer order for any reason, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect details intentionally provided during registration.
- Actions or omissions that harm or may harm the website, its management, or third parties.
- Use of the website’s services for illegal purposes under Israeli law.
- Violation of the terms of this agreement or other binding documents.
- Outstanding debts to the company that remain unpaid.
- The customer’s credit card is blocked or restricted in any way.
After payment details are entered on the payment page, a confirmation email will be sent indicating receipt of the order. This confirmation does not obligate the website management to provide the products, but only indicates that the order has been received.
If the credit card is invalid, the credit card company does not honor the transaction, or the product is out of stock, the website management will contact the customer to complete or cancel the transaction.
If paying via PayPal, the customer will be asked to log in to their account or open a new account. The company will charge payment for the products only after PayPal approval, subject to their terms and policies.
Order Cancellation and Product Return/Exchange Policy
This section is subject to the Consumer Protection Law of 1981.
The customer may cancel the order under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used, and less than 48 hours have passed since receiving the package.
- Cancellation fee due to regret: 5% of the total transaction.
- The customer will bear shipping costs.
Notes:
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase per the credit card company’s schedule.
- Refunds are possible via the “Bit” payment app.
- Canceling an order before shipment incurs no additional fees, and any paid amounts will be refunded.
For cash payment: If the shipment has already been dispatched, the customer must cover shipping costs as listed in the order.
Exchanges: Products may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the package (according to company records). Customers are responsible for shipping costs: 30 NIS per direction.
Monetary refunds will follow legal guidelines. If a transaction is canceled after the product is shipped but before receiving it, a refund will be issued for the product only, excluding shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original packaging (including jewelry boxes, shipping boxes, etc.) and unused. Missing items will result in a nominal deduction from the refund (10-25 NIS per item).
A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package. Refunds will deduct 5% of the transaction total or 100 NIS (whichever is less). Returned items must be in their original state without damage or defects. Items not meeting these criteria will not be refunded.
Items purchased as part of promotions, discounts, or as gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Customers must return items via regular, registered, or courier mail at their own expense. The company does not take responsibility for packages sent by the customer. (It is recommended to use registered mail for tracking purposes.)
Shipping and Delivery
Products will be delivered via the company’s courier service within the promised delivery timeframe (3-5 business days, excluding weekends).
Delivery fees will be specified at checkout and charged upon placing the order. For installment payments, delivery fees may be included in the first payment.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, excluding custom items, which require 7-14 business days to prepare.
Delivery times:
- Major cities: Up to 3 business days.
- Remote areas (e.g., Eilat, kibbutzim): Up to 7 business days.
If the delivery address is inaccessible by the courier, an alternative address will be coordinated.
The company is not responsible for courier delays.
6. The website management will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of items due to events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, computer system failures, or telephone system failures that affect the completion of the purchasing process, or issues with email services.
7. The website management will do its best to provide quality products at the requested time. If the customer believes that the products purchased through the website or the services have any defects, they are invited to contact customer service, and the website management will address the inquiry as soon as possible.
8. The warranty does not cover tears.
Copyrights
1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, designs, methods, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of the company. These rights apply, among other things, to the data on the site, including the list of products, product descriptions and designs, and any other details related to them.
2. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, market, or translate any information from the site, including trademarks, images, and texts, without prior written permission from the company.
3. Commercial use of data published in the database, the list of products, or other published details is prohibited without obtaining the website management’s prior written consent.
4. It is prohibited to use any published data for the purpose of displaying them on the site or any other service, without obtaining the website management’s prior written consent and in accordance with the terms of that consent (if granted).
5. All textual content, icons (ICONS), any information and/or display on the site, including graphics, design, verbal presentation, trademarks, logos, including their editing and presentation on the site, are the exclusive property of the company and the company owners.

Confidentiality

2. The company undertakes not to use the information provided by customers except for the purpose of enabling the purchase in the virtual store and in accordance with applicable law.
3. The company does not store credit card numbers in its computers.
4. To perform online transactions, the company uses a third-party service (“Isracard – Green Invoice”) and transfers the customer’s credit card details to them. The company is secured with the highest level of security and complies with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard.
5. The site supports various payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Leumi Card, American Express, Diners, and bank transfer via MASB with standing bank orders.
